There were many reasons we chose to use ADC to build our house, but one of the first things that I think drew us in was the upbeat, fun yet competitive personality of Zachary Myers, Vice President of ADC. At first we were very skeptical, the main things we felt we had to consider were how much experience the builder had, along with the quality of work, and company credibility. When we first me Zach our impression was he doesn't have enough experience and years in the business, which made it hard to trust he could get the job done efficiently. Craig Wallace, President of ADC, has many years of experience and is a very reputable building contract in the commercial industry, which were some other aspects we wanted to consider.

Through the process, however, we found Zach to be very knowledgeable and extremely competitive in material cost. He shows us where we had the ability to cut cost without sacrificing the class we wanted our home to have. Where other builders lacked in credibility and tried to sell us short of what we wanted, Zach doubled in his approach to show what ADC was all about and had the ability to offer exactly what we wanted for a lower price. Not to mention his personality always kept us feeling more excited than stressed when it came to the decision making process.

After the debate on choosing which builder to go with, we decided on ADC. To us, it was the smart decision. Zach helped us every step of the way in creating a house plan to fit our needs and when the building started, it became even clearer that we had the perfect floor plan! The building process only took a little over 2 months. Then tragedy struck, our beautiful home - 5 days from closing - was broke into. We thought plans of moving in anytime soon were ruined. It could take months before ADC would get a check from the insurance company. Then it would take time to finish the house so we could close on the loan. But ADC took the initiative to complete the house without any questions and we moved in only 1 week later... thanks to the professionalism and genuine concern for the customer that ADC showed toward us.

We could not have asked for a better company to build our dream home for us. There are some construction companies out there that have much to offer but Zach and Craig at ADC will build more than just a house and they offer more than just a good price. They stand by their word, believe in what they can do for the customer, and will do what it takes to make sure you have a home you are not just satisfied with, but proud of.

I wanted to off let you know how much I appreciate your work on my property at 643 Hwy 71 E in Bastrop, Texas.

It was refreshing to work with someone as patient and qualified as yourself. This renovation project posed a lot of difficult decisions while maintaining the integrity of the Spanish architecture. I feel that you were more than patient, very helpful with suggestions and details. I never felt pressured or intimidated by you or any one of your employees. The quality of the carport/shed is more than I expected and the end result is a very attractive and very durable structure.

After getting to know you, I have the utmost confidence in the referrals you have made for site clearing, landscape, painting and house leveling. It’s a great peace of mind that you refer the same quality of contractors as yourself. Not living in Bastrop has presented several challenges for me distance wise, but your oversight and involvement in this project made me feel very self-assured that it would be done right and on time.
