ADC will design and build your metal building with your specific need in mind. ADC's metal buildings are "weld-up" buildings. ADC does not erect bolt-up buildings because it limits the amount of customization we can provide to the customer and increases cost. Bolt up buildings may seem cheap on the surface but a closer look will expose their cost. In order to erect a Bolt up building you must first contact a fabricator to make the building, a concrete company to pour the slab, an erection company to put the building up, and a door company to install the doors; multiple steps with multiple fees. ADC or it's assigned agent, manufactures, pours in- place concrete, erects the structure and installs the doors in one turn-key job. Most "bolt-up" buildings require the use of a torch and welding machine to "modify" (fix problems) anyway. ADC uses only quality materials to increase your buildings durability to time and Mother Nature. ADC offers a completed project from site evaluation to clean up.

Unlike wood construction projects, metal projects require precision workmanship. Many metal building erectors do not offer turnkey projects because of the precision required.

Things to consider when erecting a metal building

• Debris must be cleared away from the site to allow the necessary equipment access to the site.
• Site must be prepared and leveled to ensure quality concrete work
• Weld/Bolt plates must me properly placed to square the building. Once the plate is set in the concrete it cannot be moved or reset without significant expense.
• Door and window openings must be precisely measured and squared. Metal door and window openings cannot be shimmed like wood openings. This is why most metal building erectors ONLY offer door openings; the customer then has the hassle of trying to fit a door after the erector is paid and gone.
